What We Offer
RJED’s work is organized around three connected program areas. Organizations often begin with one and expand into others as restorative practice becomes part of how they operate.
Restorative Justice Services
We help organizations design and facilitate restorative processes — dialogue circles, victim-offender conferencing, community conferencing, and mediated resolution — tailored to the conflict at hand. This work can be delivered as a one-time facilitated process or as an ongoing service relationship.
Professional Training & Certification
Structured courses for staff, educators, mediators, and administrators who need working proficiency in restorative practice. Formats are diverse and flexible, each combining theory with supervised practice. A certificate of completion is available for those who finish the full training series. Contact us to find the right fit for you or your organization.
De-escalation & Negotiation
Focused, skills-based training in reading escalating situations early, intervening safely, and negotiating toward resolution rather than confrontation. Particularly relevant for frontline staff in schools, healthcare, retail, and public-facing roles.
